We About to F*ck Up VtM in the Best Way!!

One of the things I love about Vampire the Masquerade is that you really build your character and their backstory. My character, Bird, has a very traumatic backstory. Her mother, Raelynn, was turned when Bird was about 13 years old. She was then made into a blood doll that Raelynn kept chained in the basement for years feeding on her. One night, some other Kindred broke in and about drained Bird. Her mother found her and decided to embrace Bird, conditioning her to be a slave until the night Bird was saved, whisked away, changed her name, and hid out in the open. Bird isn’t even her real name. I’ve been trying to come up with an interesting way to have her mother looking for her… a way to scare Bird and start some very fun roll playing. I HAVE FOUND THAT WAY!!! We gonna f*ck sh!t up! Friends of mine do another game on Wednesday nights. I get to join once in a while, and Raelynn has always been more of an NPC than a playable character. She’s gonna make an appearance at this other game, asking about Bird. Why? Becuase there are 2 characters at this game that know Bird!! One of which does not know her past.

I’m so excited to see how this all plays out. How I will get Raelynn to KC and find Bird. How many people that know Bird’s story will want to help protect her. How many people will Raelynn turn against Bird? The possibilities are endless and I’m really looking forward to this chapter in Bird’s life!!!

Meet Raelynn! This Toreador was embraced about 20 years ago, hoping for power over others. Being stuck in a state of beauty forevermore. Never even wanting to be a mother, she thought little of her daughter, and how her Embrace would affect the girl. No, the girl would only be a means of food for Raelynn. Something to use until she grew tired of the whelp. Keeping the young child chained in the basement, changing her hair color often in order to throw off others questioning her. She is nothing except thorough, having decided her Beast is the only one to lead her on the path to power!
