I’ll Be Running My Own VtM Game!

Welcome to a tabletop RPG based in the World of Darkness. It is set in a fictionalized “gothic-punk” version of the modern world, where players assume the role of vampires, referred to as Kindred, who struggle against their own bestial natures, vampire hunters, and other threats. The game uses the vampiric condition as a backdrop to explore themes of morality, the human condition, salvation, and personal horror.
Join us at Gators Games and Hobbies on Thursday nights (6pm-9pm) to explore the World of Darkness. Learn about Vampire the Masquerade (VtM), create your own vampire, join the story and make new friends!
Never heard of VtM? No problem! An introduction to this new kind of D&D will take place Thursday, February 12th starting at 6pm with your Story Teller (ST), Bethany! Can’t make it? That’s A-Okay! Your ST will make sure to help you out any time you choose to join the game.

Step into the World of Darkness every Thursday night as we explore the terror and awe of a vampire’s unlife; their new normal, new powers, introduction to immortality. Players navigate the social and emotional chaos of their new life, discovering who they trust and who they fear. These early connections become the foundation of your evolving story.

Players can join for $5 a session at Gators Game and Hobby. We will be using the VTM V5 published by Renegade and will help new players generate characters to join the story. All necessary gaming supplies will be provided, all we need is you!

I am so excited to be able to run my own game starting next week! I’ve been working with their Head DM for all their D&D campaigns to get this rolling. Introducing this game I enjoy to a new group of people has really gotten me out of my funk! I’m creating a packet for new players as a sort of spark-notes on how the game works. Since the play book is like 400 pages and huge, I’m hoping for a few pages that will be easy for new players to understand and then jump right in.
