How Flirty in KC Went:

3rd year in a row for this event that is in my city. As an attending author, I’ve been a part of every year. It was a good time for sure! We had a lot of readers that came in, and I got to make some new friends! I also got to hang out with some old friends too!! Some of my author besties don’t get to see me much. I got to see a few that I haven’t seen in YEARS! It was so much fun, but man it was HOT! The rooms (both Ballrooms) were like saunas. It was toasty, and I was in my witchy garb, so I was extra warm. I also didn’t sit at all.

I was happy to meet some great readers that will become ARC readers for me, so now I’m one step closer to getting Discovering the Reaper published! I just sent out the email for my BETA team as well. Lucky for me, my author bestie, Angie Martin, was there. She writes thriller and horror, so she was the exact person I needed to discuss my new WIP. It’s going to be a tough book to write, that is for sure! I don’t see it being ready for publication this year. I’m trying to finish the trilogy and Book 3 of the 5 Witches Series, plus a couple other side projects. January just flew by, and February seems to want to hop on that train as well.

Anyways… time to get ready for TropiCon in St. Augustine, Florida at the end of the month. So much to do… so little time…
