Trilogy Update

I am working on the final book in this trilogy. I’m dying to tell you all more about it, but I really want it done and fabulous before I start giving hints. Although I am giving hints quite a bit with the photos I use for my posts. I’ve had this idea in my head for a long time. It all stemmed from a conversation I heard once on the radio in the car on the way to work. I told it to a friend of mine, and she was like “write that story now!”

It took a couple years before I was able to really get the story written. Turned out that this story was a 3 part deal. And with it, I decided that I will not start even thinking of publishing until all 3 books are complete. I did real good getting 1 and 2 done, but then 3 wanted to fight me. So like every author I know, I went and started working on another project. Now book 3 is ready and begging me to get it out.

So, naturally when I need to write, I get called in to work 2 weeks early. I’m a teacher, but this year I took off to focus on writing. That didn’t mean I could just not work… so, I decided to be a substitute teacher this year. Well, I took a long term job (because money), that wasn’t supposed to start until October. If anyone knows me, they know I don’t have good luck. So of course I got a call saying I need to start early.

Anyways, I’m hoping to get this story written in my “free time”. I have one of the ending scenes done, and chapters 1-3!! I’m really excited for this trilogy. I’ve even started working on art and cover ideas. I would love to be the cover model for this set, but I just can’t afford that nonsense. So, looks like I’ll be doing a special cover art of my own design. I can’t wait to share that with you!
